MDPC invites the families in our community to take part in our Parents’ Night Out! This program is an opportunity for parents to have time together while knowing their children are safe, having fun, and being lovingly cared for. Child Care Plus is offering this program to MDPC members and non-members on a “first come, first served” basis.

IMPORTANT! One parent should fill out the top portion of the registration form (where it says "Attendee") along with your email, phone and address for emergency contact purposes. Please register only immediate family members.

No refunds will be provided after registration.
