Powerful Tools For Caregivers

This six-week educational program is designed to equip family caregivers with effective self-care tools to reduce personal stress, communicate more effectively, and deal with difficult care giving situations. Trained facilitators guide the group.

This group meets at 3:30 - 5:00 PM every Wednesday for six weeks from January 10 - February 14 in the Chapel Bride's Room (Room 116). Those who choose may then stay for dinner and other Wednesday evening programs.

A $30.00 registration fee goes towards program materials for each participant.
