Fall to Connect: Day Hike

Hosted by Beth Case and Amanda Grace Caldwell. We'll plan on hiking 5 miles together in Bastrop State Park, with a picnic lunch stop along the way.

Plan to meet here at MDPC, and we can drive together to where we will get out and hike. Departure time, 7.00am. Return time, before 2.00pm. What to Bring: *good walking shoes, or hiking boots *water, water, water *your lunch (you can brown bag it, or pick up something at Bucee’s where we will stop before going to the park) *a small back pack (to carry water and food) *hat *sunscreen and/or bug spray *rain jacket (could it be that if we bring them it won’t rain, but if we don’t bring them it will?) *Texas State Parks Pass (if…and only IF, you have one!) Also: *If the weather on Friday is prohibitive, we’ll take a rain-check on Saturday, September 14, 2019! Put that on your calendar too 😊
