This registration is only for meal packing at MDPC.  Help us meet our goal of 40,000 meals!

AGE REQUIREMENT: 8 years and up accompanied by an adult.

Wear your T-shirt from last year, or purchase one (same design), for $10.00

Complete a separate registration form for everyone in your family participating in meal packing.

On the next page, please select a shift:

Saturday (set up) 10AM-12PM limited to 15 people
Sunday 9AM-10:00AM limited to 100 people
Sunday 9AM-10:00AM limited to 15 people for HEAVY LIFTING
Sunday 10:30AM-11:30AM limited to 100 people
Sunday 10:30AM-11:30AM limited to 15 people for HEAVY LIFTING

Things to remember:

Everyone packing meals is required to wear a hair covering. Please bring a hat. Hair nets and gloves will be available.
