Easter Lilies 2019

Easter Lilies for the Sanctuary and Chapel may be purchased for $9.00 each in honor or memory of a loved one. These names will be printed in the Easter bulletin. The order deadline is Thursday, April 11, 2019. Upon completion of this order, you will be required to make a full payment using an eCheck, Credit or Debit Card. If you prefer to make a payment by check, please use the MDPC Easter Lily envelopes located at the Front Office or Connection Center.

Please fill out the following registration in the name of one person (referenced as "Attendee") purchasing the Lilies. You may designate the donors at the bottom of the form.

NOTE: Though this is worded to sound like you are registering for an 'event', you are only 'registering' to purchase the Easter Lilies.
