Volunteer camp counselors at Candlelighters annual weekend are assigned to cabins, which are organized by gender and age. Each counselor is responsible for all children throughout the weekend. Held on a Fri, Sat and Sun in October. Day Camp volunteers oversee games and activities, arts and crafts, scavenger hunt and camp photography. Commitment is one day, 8:00am-5:00pm Be a sponsor for the Adopt A Family Program. Families are paired with sponsors to provide hope during the holidays. Sponsors are matched with a family and personally shop and deliver the gifts.
